How to request data deletion
A. Disconnect the account
Data stops being retrieved immediately.

| Dashboard | Log in → Social Accounts (Akaun Sosial) → Disconnect (Putuskan) |
| TikTok | Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions → remove Lentera Nusantara |
| Facebook / Instagram | Settings → Apps and websites → remove Lentera Nusantara |
| Threads | Settings → Account → Website permissions → remove Lentera Nusantara |
| Telegram | Remove our bot from the channel admins |
B. Request deletion of stored data
- Send an email to admin@mylnsb.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- State:
- client/brand name
- platform
- account name (e.g. @username)
- We will:
- confirm the request within 7 working days
- delete the data within 30 days
- notify you when it is done
