Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Lentera Nusantara Sdn. Bhd. [202101034947 (1435247-U)] ("we") collects, uses and protects data through our website mylnsb.com and our performance reporting platform at db.mylnsb.com (the "Platform"). The Platform provides campaign and social media performance reports to our clients and to the staff who manage their accounts. This policy is in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

1. Data we collect

  • User accounts: name, email and password (stored as a hash) for clients and staff who are given an account.
  • Campaign data: collection amounts, dates, campaign codes and transaction IDs from OnPay and Google Sheets connected by the client or by us.
  • Social media data, only after the account owner gives permission:
    • TikTok: basic profile information (user ID, display name, profile picture) and the video list (video ID, caption, date, cover image, link, and number of views, likes, comments and shares).
    • Facebook, Instagram and Threads: the list of posts and aggregate metrics such as views, reach and interactions for the connected Page/account.
    • Telegram: the list of posts and view counts for channels where our bot has been made an admin.
  • Accounting data: invoices and payments from our own company's QuickBooks Online.
  • Cookies: the mylnsb.com website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Platform only uses the session cookies needed to log in.
  • Website visitors: we do not collect visitors' personal data, except information you send to us yourself by email or phone.

2. Data we do NOT store

  • Donors' personal data: name, phone number, email, address and identity card number. This data is removed before storage.
  • Social media account passwords. Connections are made through each platform's official authorisation screen.
  • Private messages or content not related to reports.

3. Purpose of use

Data is used only to:

  • display performance reports to the client who owns the account, and to the staff who manage it
  • calculate campaign performance, cost and target achievement

We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing

Data is only processed by:

  • our hosting provider (servers in Malaysia/Singapore)
  • the connected platforms, solely to retrieve data

Data is shared only if required by law.

5. Retention period

  • Social media data is kept for as long as the account remains connected.
  • After the connection is removed, or after a deletion request, data is deleted within 30 days.
  • Collection and accounting data is kept for the duration of the service and for the period required by accounting law.

6. Security

  • HTTPS
  • access tokens are stored encrypted
  • role-based access control
  • login attempt limits
  • two-factor authentication (optional)
  • audit log

7. Your rights

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
  • You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time, through the dashboard or the settings of the relevant platform.
