Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of the db.mylnsb.com performance reporting platform (the "Platform") operated by Lentera Nusantara Sdn. Bhd. [202101034947 (1435247-U)] ("we").

1. Service

The Platform provides campaign and social media performance reports to our clients and to the staff who manage their accounts.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are given by us to clients and staff.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, and you may not share your account.

3. Third-party connections

• When you connect a TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, Google or QuickBooks account, you confirm that you are the owner of that account or authorised by its owner.
• Use of those platforms is also subject to the terms of the relevant platform.
• The Platform only reads data. It does not publish or change your content.
• You may disconnect at any time.

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

• access data that does not belong to you
• interfere with or attempt to breach the Platform
• misuse third-party connections

5. Data accuracy

• Figures are retrieved automatically from the source platforms, and may differ slightly from the platforms' original reports.
• Commission estimates are estimates only. Final amounts are confirmed by our finance team.

6. Limitation of liability

• The Platform is provided "as is".
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from service interruptions or inaccurate data from third-party platforms.

7. Termination

• We may suspend access that breaches these terms.
• When the service ends, data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
